Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: If the items are readily available in our inventory, you can expect an expedient delivery time of just 5 to 10 days. However, for items not currently in stock, the delivery period extends to 15 to 20 days, contingent upon the order quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Certainly! We are pleased to offer samples to our valued customers. Please note, however, that the cost of freight is not included.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: For transactions amounting to $1,000 or less, full payment is required in advance. For amounts exceeding $1,000, we require a 40% deposit via T/T upfront, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.
