Q: How to place an order?
A: We warmly invite you to send us your inquiries about the products that catch your eye through email or phone. Kindly inform us of the quantity, size, and any other specifications you desire. Our dedicated customer service team will offer expert advice within a swift 24-hour window.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: If the items are available in stock, we pride ourselves on delivering them within 5 to 10 days. However, for items not in stock, the delivery will take between 15 to 20 days, tailored to the quantity ordered.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Absolutely, we are pleased to offer samples. Please note, however, that the freight cost would need to be covered by you.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For payments less than or equal to 1000 USD, we require full payment upfront. For payments exceeding 1000 USD, we request a 40% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment.
