Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: If the items are readily available in our inventory, they are typically shipped within a swift 5 to 10 days. However, for items that are not currently in stock, the delivery timeframe extends to approximately 15 to 20 days, contingent upon the order volume.
Q: Do you provide samples for your products?
A: Indeed, we do offer samples to provide you with a tangible sense of our product quality. However, please note that the cost of freight will not be covered by us.
Q: Could you specify your payment terms?
A: For payments that are less than or equal to 1000 USD, we require full payment in advance. For amounts exceeding 1000 USD, a 40% deposit via T/T is required upfront, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.
